Account Director

Account Director

We are looking for an amazing, data-driven marketer to help drive our clients to achieve greater success and advertising ROI. You will be in charge of driving response rates from traditional and digital media, assisting with strategic marketing activities, and partnering with our creatives to constantly improve our clients' results.

In this role, you will:

  • Create and foster deep relationships with key accounts.
  • Lead Account Managers to success and mentor them to become trusted advisors.
  • Optimise our clients' marketing strategies, whilst using internal resources to ensure we deliver the desired outcomes for our partners.
  • Report to senior management and be fully accountable for clients' results.
  • Collaborate with digital experts, marketing, media, creative, clients and industry experts to produce results.

You need to: 

  • Be passionate about marketing and helping others achieve greater success. 
  • 3+ years full-time experience in a leadership role (Group Sales Manager or as senior account manager managing a team).
  • Strong understanding of digital media, Search, TV, Radio, Outdoor and the creative production process.

Media Team

Media Planner Buyer

Media Planner Buyer

We are always looking for amazing media planner buyers, who have a passion for marketing and growing other businesses. You will be in charge of planning, buying, monitoring and optimising media for key clients. 

In this role, you will:

  • Attend weekly client WIP meetings
  • Establish strong relationships with a range of clients
  • Assist in creating a monthly media brief for each client
  • Assist in the management of the creative and production process
  • Create, update and manage all clients' media budget and scoreboards
  • Present monthly learnings and associated campaign optimisation
  • Be forever curious as to how we can increase our clients' results
  • Analyse large data sets to provide clear insights for clients
  • Utilise a large range of media tools (BCC, Google Analytics, BLIX TV, etc.)
  • Liaise with all media networks to build strong and long-term partnerships across all levels of management
  • Review, analyse and refine media proposals to ensure each campaign delivers the optimum result for the client
  • Negotiate with networks on additional support and bonus activity where required.
  • Ensure all media bookings are accurate and client invoices match the clients agreed investment
  • Continually manage & monitor the client's media schedule to ensure the maximum ROI is achieved
  • Answer phones where appropriate
  • Have a detailed understanding of BCC booking system
  • Assist the Account Manager as required
You have: 
  • 1-2 years' full-time experience in a similar role in media or marketing (agency or network side).
  • Experience with detailed analysis using large data sets
  • Excellent organisation and prioritisation skills.
  • Detailed knowledge of the media industry.
  • Clear and articulate communication skills.
  • Excellent written skills
  • Strong background in general mathematics (ability to analyse results and optimise media campaigns based on data)
  • Advanced computer skills (Outlook, Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint)
  • Experience with BCC Adsystems

Media Coordinator / Internships 

Our agency has been established to nurture talent from within. This starts with our internship program, where we identify ambitious candidates that have the hunger and passion to be a success in the media and marketing world. 

Media Coordinator

At DRM we're always looking for entry-level Media Coordinators and interns. In this role, you will have the opportunity to learn and work alongside our Media Planner Buyers, Account Managers and Data Analysts. 

In this role, you will:

  • Attend weekly client WIP meetings when required
